Sciencesconf.org System Login

The CFRAC2017 website is hosted using the sciencesconf.org framework. Therefore, authors and attendees must have a sciencesconf account to submit an abstract or to register to the conference. Note that account creation is not equivalent to registration to the conference. A procedure can be found here (Account creation procedure) to create an account on the system.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are in Euros. All prices including VAT.
Payment only possible by bank transfer or French check.

* Student Registration Requirement
Student registration fee only applies to participants who have submitted their certificate of studentship. Please send proof of enrollment (with clearly displayed expiration date) to the secretariat of CFRAC 2017 via cfrac2017@sciencesconf.org

The registration fee covers admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and conference banquet.

An author may only present a single paper in the mini-symposia and pays for that a registration fee.

An author is allowed to present both a paper in a mini-symposia and in the benchmark session. For both presentations, the author pays a single registration fee.

An author presenting only in the benchmark session pays one registration fee.

It is possible to buy additional tickets for accompanying persons. Please e-mail us.

Payment confirmation notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. In case your organization needs the invoice to make the payment, please send us a copy of your order form by email.

Cancellation Conditions and Refunds

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of 40% if participation is cancelled prior to 30 April 2017. No refund will be possible after this date but complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate.
